Why monthly calls?
The goal of this style of coaching is to let people know it is important to seek help AND that everything they need to heal, grow, and change is already inside of them. Click the “Steps” on the right side of this page to learn how this works. Then, scroll down to schedule.

During this call, we will get to know each other, discuss the main issues and blocks you’d like to work through, target goals, and discuss some recommended steps to put you on the right path! If it feels right, we’ll end with a short breathwork meditation.

Your personalized guide will contain 3 to 5 customized journal prompts, movement goals, meditation focus, food and water goals, and mantras. There will also be suggested activities, books, podcasts, and more.
These tools will be designed to help you achieve the goals we discuss. Don't feel pressured to complete the entire guide before the next call. The point is to use this to help you through this phase of life. However, there will be one specific highlighted task for you to complete before our next call to help keep you accountable.

Our check-in calls will be to see how far you’ve come, where you feel stuck, what’s working, and what’s not. We'll discuss your discoveries, breakthroughs, and any “ah-ha” moments you had! From there, I will make any necessary adjustments to your guide. And again, if it feels right, we'll end with a short breathwork meditation. This will go on for as long or as short as you and I see fit.

Availability and scheduling
I am Available Monday through Friday from 12 pm until 8 pm and Saturday from 11 am until 7 pm. The call will occur over the phone or via video call for an hour at most. To schedule; click on one of the icons in the blue space below to message me through Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or Email.
